You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns of any food products; these items are considered final sale.
We will gladly pay shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If so, you will receive an email with a link to print a return shipping label. Please note the carrier indicated on the label (UPS or USPS).
- Sign-in to your account and click your account settings from the drop down menu.
- Click the "Return Items?" option on the item(s) you wish to return.
- Check the Qty to Return for each item.
- Select the Return Reason from the drop down menu.
- Select the requested Return Action from the drop down menu.
- Add any Comments as needed to better describe the reason for the requested return.
- Click the Submit Return Request button.
You will receive an auto-response email confirming receipt of your request. We will then respond via email within 48 hours with instructions for approved requests. Please do not ship your product(s) back until you receive this email.
Customers can expect to receive refunds within four weeks of shipping returns, however, in many cases refunds are processed more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
